Non-Refundable Policy
Due to the nature of digital assets and the immediate consumption of computational resources (GPU/AI) required for 3D generation, **all purchases made on AI Buddy are final and non-refundable.**
1. Credit Usage
Once a subscription is active or credits are purchased, they are considered delivered. We do not offer prorated refunds for partially used billing cycles or unused credits.
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to your plan benefits until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Technical Issues
If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your purchased credits, please contact our support team. We will review such cases on an individual basis to provide a satisfactory resolution, which may include credit adjustments.
