Refund Policy

AIBuddy offers refunds in accordance with this policy. We aim to treat customers fairly. All products are digital and delivered online; no physical goods are shipped.

1. SaaS Subscriptions

For paid SaaS subscriptions (e.g. Pro plans):

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Refunds may be issued if you request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not substantially used the service.
  • Refunds for renewal charges may be considered on a case-by-case basis if requested promptly.

2. Digital Products (e.g. Ebooks)

For one-time purchases of digital products such as ebooks:

  • Refunds may be issued if the product is defective (e.g. file cannot be opened) or if it has not been substantially consumed (e.g. less than half read).
  • Requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Once a digital product has been substantially consumed or downloaded, refunds are generally not available.

3. How to Request a Refund

Email us at support@aibuddy.design with your purchase details (order reference or email used). Include a brief reason for your request. We will review and respond within 5–7 business days.

4. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Billing Errors

Duplicate charges or billing errors will be refunded in full. Contact us as soon as you notice any issue.
